You also need to make sure that the sale of your buying item complies with all laws and any additional restrictions applicable to payment services offered on archivecbs.com such as credit card association or network rules.

Our policies are often based on our country  laws, although in some cases, we may also base our policies on input from our members and our own discretion, especially for dangerous, poisonous or sensitive products.

We generally do not sell  alcohol.

3) Restricted adult items policy:

Most adult items are subject to some form of restriction or prohibition.

  • Adult films and video games with a rating of X, XXX, R18, or unrated for an adults-only audience.
  • Sexually explicit anime, comics, books, films, animation, manga, hentai, yaoi.
  • Adult magazines, nudist publications, or adult anime/manga that. include sexually-explicit content, nudity, or sexual stories.
  • Items containing nudity (other than nude art).
  • Archivecbs.com defines nudity as male/female genitalia, anus, or female breasts where the nipple is visible.

4) Clothing & Apparel policy:

We do not sell used clothes, underwear and socks.

Health and hygiene is also one of our top priorities, so our policy outlines why certain items can’t be sold on the site.

5) Rules and policies for buyers:

  1. Fraudulent claims and abusive buyer behavior;

Buyers who engage in activity as described in the Abusive buyer policy may be subject to a range of actions, including the loss of archivecbs.com replacement and exchange coverage.

Activity that is not allowed includes, but is not limited to:
  1. A buyer opening duplicate requests or using other methods;
  2. A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving a refund;
  3. A buyer claiming an item was not received when there is proof of delivery to the buyer’s address on the Order details page;
  4. A buyer falsely claiming an item was not as described;
  5. A buyer returning an item other than the original item received;
  6. A buyer using or damaging an item and then returning it.

6) Indemnity:

  • Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless archivecbs.com and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by a third party due to, connected to, or arising out of, buyer’s breach of these terms and conditions, or buyer’s violation of any law or the rights of any third party in connection with the sale, or delivered goods using archivecbs.com services.

Archivecbs.com reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time, including cancellation of the items / products.

7) Electronic equipment policy:

Most electronic equipment used to transmit or receive signals or for surveillance has certain restrictions.

Please consult with your local authority before purchasing if listed for sale on Archivecbs.com.

The following types of electronic equipment are listed below:

  • Electronic items prohibited by government agencies, including cell phone, GPS radar, and other signal jamming devices.
  • Traffic light control devices.
  • CB amplifiers and radio equipment that operates in both CB and HAM frequencies.
  • Odometer modification devices.
  • Equipment such as low power transmitting devices, high frequency transceivers, cordless telephones and radar detectors not authorized by the FCC.

Cameras, recorders, or other similar devices can be listed as long as the description doesn’t encourage their use for illegal purposes.

8) Firearms and Accessories items:

Archivecbs.com do not firearms nor its’ accessories.

Below are some of the examples:

  • Firearms of any type.
  • Parts and accessories for assault weapons, including blueprints and instructions.
  • Any part or accessory in violation of local law.
  • Ammunition for firearms, including bullets, cartridges, casings, shells, and hulls.
  • Frames, kits used to create a firearm, flash suppressors, silencers, sears, high capacity magazines that accept more than 10 rounds (even if they have been modified to accept fewer), magazine extenders, bump fire stocks, grenade launchers, and pistol conversion kits.
  • Barrel shrouds, forward pistol grips, and threaded barrels.

9) Hazardous Materials policy:

We do not sell Hazardous materials such as poisons, explosive precursors, ozone depleting substances, radioactive materials and items that contain or release such substances are generally prohibited on archivecbs.com.

What can we do if we think a buyer is making an unreasonable demand?

We are not required to agree to any extras or changes from the terms of our listing.
If a buyer is making demands that are not a part of our original listing,
we will protect buyers negative review and defects when we already delivered the items purchased by the buyer according to the original terms of our listing.

Behaviors we don’t allow:

  3. Requesting Archivecbs.com shipping or deliver to an address other than what you included in checkout;
  4. Requesting to use a payment method not offered during checkout;
  5. Requesting Archivecbs.com to hold your item so you can pay later;
  6. Requesting a partial refund without returning the item;
  7. Request additional items or services not included in the original listing or asking for a discount;
  8. Claiming an item was not as described when the item you received did match the description in the original listing;
  9. Returning an item with the reason that it was not as described when it was described accurately;
  10. Returning the original item that was received not in its original condition.

13) What we offer on Archivecbs.com:

  1. Select the shipping or delivery service offered for the product when you checkout.
  2. Updating your address in your archivecbs.com account before you checkout.
  3. Pay for your item through a payment option offered at checkout.
  4. Returning an item in accordance with the product returns policy.
  5. Purchase items according to the terms included in the original listing.
  6. Return an item with the reason that it was not as described or it was described inaccurately.
  7. Return the original item that was received in its original condition.

14) Please don’t make false claims:

  1. Claiming an item was not received when there is proof of delivery to the address on the Order details page.
  2. Falsely claiming an item was not as described.
  3. Claiming an item was not received when it has not been delivered by the latest estimated delivery time frame.

15) Don’t misuse replacement, exchange or returns:

  1. Returning an item other than the original item received.
  2. Using or damaging an item and then returning it.
  3. Returning an item with the reason that it was not as described when it was described accurately.

16) Replacement and exchange:

Replacement and exchanges can be requested by the buyer.
Exchanges are based on value of the original purchased item,
with current and equal value.

17) Shipping or Delivery policy:

We provided a variety of shipping or delivery options available for each product.

Buyers are advised to choose the best shipping option suitable for them during checkout. Buyers please read shipping option/policies on the product page to choose the best option listed for that product.

18) Refunds to buyers:

  1. We refund buyers to their original payment method or option used during checkout.
    In the unlikely event that we’re unable to send refunds to the original payment method, we will contact the buyer.
